I'll need a crane
If your tiny home needs to be placed over a fence, into a backyard or in a hard-to-access location, a crane delivery may be required. Find more info on crane deliveries HERE
Site Preparation
Before delivery, you’ll need to ensure the installation area is level and ready for your Wheelie Room. A firm, level surface helps ensure a smooth delivery and proper placement of your tiny home.
Power & Water Connections
Simply have a 15-amp power outlet installed by a licensed electrician. For water, your Wheelie Room can be connected to a tap or a water tank with a pump, depending on your site requirements.
